1. Standard Terms and Conditions of Trade
1.1 – All orders placed by the Client are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which take precedence over any other conflicting terms or provisions. Any differing terms in documents exchanged between the Supplier and the Client will be void.
1.2 – A contract will be considered binding once an order is placed by the Client. Payment for services will be due at the time the order is made, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Typically, website development will be completed within 7 working days, though it may take up to 28 days in exceptional cases. If the Supplier cannot complete the website within 28 days due to the Client’s failure to provide necessary information, the full cost of the website will still be due, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Cancellations
2.1 – If the Client cancels an order within 24 hours of placement, a refund may be issued at the Supplier’s discretion, minus any setup fees or work already carried out.

4.1 – The Supplier cannot guarantee the availability of any domain name specified by the Client but will make every effort to find a suitable alternative.

5.1 – The Supplier reserves the right to refuse any order. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded minus any expenses incurred, including domain name registrations and work already started.
6. Fees
6.1 – All fees for services provided are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Content
7.1 – The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information for creating the website’s text content. The Client may choose to supply their own text, but the Supplier is not liable for the accuracy of any information provided.

10.2 – Clients must notify Design It Wise Ltd at least 7 days before hosting renewal fees are due if they no longer wish to continue hosting. Failure to do so will result in the Client being liable for the hosting fees for the following 12 months.
10.3 – Clients acknowledge that if hosting is transferred away from Design It Wise Ltd, all website content and associated email accounts will be lost.
10.4 – Hosting fees for websites built after September 20th, 2017, which include SSL Certificates, are due within 7 days of the invoice date and must be paid via standing order either annually or monthly.
